Parras Middle School
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

You must reside within Parras attendance boundaries to attend Parras. PROOF OF RESIDENCE – three (3) documents required

  • (2) Most recent Gas, Electric, or Water bill only – you must present the entire bill (with stubs attached)
  • Recent Bank Statement/Cancelled Check
  • DMV Car Registration
  • Any other government-issued document that reflects parent/guardian name at that residence

VERIFICATION OF BIRTHDATE – student’s birth certificate or passport

IMMUNIZATION RECORDS – All students at Parras Middle School must present their shot records at the time of enrollment. If the records are at another district, it is your responsibility to get those records to us at the time of your appointment. If the student is entering Parras from outside California or from any foreign country, they must have proof of the Tb Mantoux test or show proof of attendance in a California school. The student must also show proof of having had Chicken Pox or that they received the Varicella vaccine. This is mandatory for the State of California . . . there will be no exceptions to this policy!  

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT or most recent report card, State Testing. Parras will request official transcripts from the former school after the enrollment process has been completed.  

WITHDRAWAL FORM WITH GRADES from previous school – if student is entering Parras any time other than the beginning of the school year. We are unable to enroll your student until we have notification for their withdrawal from the last school of attendance.  

PARENT’S PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION – driver’s license or passport. This must reflect the same name and address as the Proof of Residence.  

Documents you need to bring at the time of your appointment:  

        COMPLETED ENROLLMENT PACKET – all forms must be completed and signed by parent/guardian and student.
