December 2019 Parent-Teacher Sign-Ups

Please sign-up for conferences below:

Due to the limited number of conference slots, please do not schedule a time to discuss Advisement class. Teachers can discuss Advisement class over the phone or via email.  Additionally, please schedule only one appointment per teacher. 

Our counselors and office staff have been reaching out to certain families directly to pre-register conference times for students who are at risk of failing classes.  If your student is doing well in any or all classes, we discourage you from signing up for conferences with the teachers of those classes. We do not have enough time slots for every family to get a conference time during this week, and we would like to prioritize students and families who need the most support.  Of course, no matter how well your student is doing at any time, you may reach out to your teachers by email or phone with inquiries.  These parent conferences are an opportunity, and not necessarily the opportunity, for contact.

Most conferences will be held in the Cafeteria (PE, 7th & 8th grade) and Library (6th grade).  Some teachers will host conferences in their rooms this year, and that will be indicated on their sign-up genius page, so please take note of that as you register.
