School Counseling Appointment
STUDENTS- To submit a request to speak to a school counselor, please sign up below and we will call you out of class:
Staff, please fill out the purple school counselor form or click on the link below to refer a student to the school counselor. If a student could be of harm to themselves, please call office immediately.
Not into submitting an online referral? No problem. Please just stop by the office and fill out a paper version of our School Counselor Appointment form, put it in our mailbox, and we will call you up to the office.
